Nexora Grounding Mat — 69 × 198 cm

A$129.00

The full-length mat. Long enough to run the length of a bed, lie on the floor at full stretch, or cover the whole footprint under a standing desk. Conductive carbon through a PU leather surface, connected to the earth pin of an earthed power point by the included 4.5 m cord.

What it is

  • 69 × 198 cm — full body length
  • Conductive carbon through a PU leather surface, polyester backing
  • Anti-slip underside; wipe clean with a damp cloth
  • 4.5 m grounding cord and Australian plug adapter included
  • No batteries, nothing to charge

How the connection works

The cord connects to the earth pin of a standard Australian power point — the third, vertical pin. It carries no mains current; it is a path to earth, nothing more. If the power point in your room is not earthed, this product will not ground.

On the research

Grounding has been studied for more than two decades. Every study we cite is listed in full on our home page — 25 of them, all indexed on PubMed, each labelled by study type (human trial, lab study, review) so you can weigh the evidence yourself.

We describe what those studies measured. We do not promise you a personal result.

What this one does not come with

The laboratory reports published on this site were carried out on the silver-fibre fabric of the Nexora Ground™ sheet. This mat is a different material from a different manufacturer, and those reports do not cover it.

Three illustrations: bare feet on a mat under a desk, a mat along the length of a bed, and a person doing yoga on a mat.
Where it goes

Under the desk, along the bed, or on the floor.

Which mat fits your spot?

Both mats are 69 cm wide. Only the length changes.

Mat Size Where it fits
Desk and chair 69 × 99 cm Under a desk for bare feet, or on a seat A$99
Full length 69 × 198 cm Along the length of a bed, or the floor at full stretch A$129

Before you buy

Does it need an earthed power point?
Yes. The cord connects to the earth pin of a standard Australian power point — the third, vertical pin. If the power point in your room is not earthed, the mat will not ground.
Does it carry any current?
No. It draws no power and nothing flows into the mat. It is a path to earth, nothing more.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. The underside is anti-slip, so it stays where you put it.

What it is

Conductive carbon through a PU leather surface

The surface is PU leather with conductive carbon running through it, over a polyester backing. The underside is anti-slip, so it stays put on a floor or a mattress.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. No batteries, nothing to charge.

How it connects

To the earth pin of an ordinary power point

The included 4.5 m cord snaps to the mat and plugs into the earth pin of an earthed Australian outlet — the third, vertical pin.

It carries no mains current; it is a path to earth. An Australian plug adapter is included. If the power point in your room is not earthed, this product will not ground.

What it does not come with

The lab reports cover the sheet, not this mat

The laboratory reports and the organic-cotton documentation published on this site relate to the fabric of the Nexora Ground sheet, which is made by a different manufacturer. They do not cover these mats.

We would rather tell you that than let a certificate on another page do work it was not written to do.
