Nexora Market operates this website. By browsing or buying here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we sell

We sell consumer wellness, home and lifestyle goods. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided by us and by our suppliers, and we make them as accurate as we can. Colours may render differently on different screens.

3. Our products are not medical devices

Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional. Any statement we make about a product describes what it is made of and what it physically does — not what it will do for your body.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed, if the product is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it, or to transmit malicious code.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexora Market is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or of a product bought here. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protection laws.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where our business operates. This does not remove any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
