Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

If you changed your mind

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. Once the item reaches us in resalable condition, we refund the product price. One change-of-mind refund per customer and per shipping address.

How to request a refund

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, so please contact us quickly.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment and typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days, depending on destination.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds to your account.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. This right applies in addition to the 30-day return period described above.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer protection laws of your own country. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, those rights apply.
